Realty With Vishesh is an independent RERA authorized real estate affiliate / channel partner for multiple developers. We are not the developer of Abhyudaya Celestial. Developer is M/s Abhyudaya Housing and Constructions (P) Ltd. We are authorized to market their project.

2. No Guarantee

All information about Abhyudaya Celestial - including 3BHK 1107 sqft starting at Rs 1.62 Cr*, 3BHK+Servant 1428 sqft, amenities, possession, plans - is provided by the developer and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or pricing. Please verify RERA details at up-rera.in - UPRERAPRJ414462/06/2025.

3. Images & Renders

All images, walkthroughs and renders are for representational purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on realtywithvishesh.com is owned by Realty With Vishesh. Copying without permission is prohibited.

6. Enquiries and Communication

When you submit your name, mobile number or email through any form on this website, you ask Realty With Vishesh to contact you about Abhyudaya Celestial and related projects. We may call, send SMS, WhatsApp messages or email you with the price list, floor plans, brochure and site visit details. Submitting a form does not create a booking, and no unit is reserved until you complete the booking formalities directly with the developer.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and depend on the floor, payment plan and availability. Stamp duty, registration charges, GST, IFMS, car parking and club charges apply as applicable. Realty With Vishesh does not collect booking amounts on behalf of the developer unless a written authorization is given. Please confirm every payment, receipt and agreement with the developer, M/s Abhyudaya Housing and Constructions (P) Ltd.
